hi everyone
i just bought my axon 100 mkII with 7.10 firmware but im a little bit afraid to update to 7.28
becouse i don t want to have a dead eprom!!!!
or some other problem
wath i have to do if the process fails to upload correctly? will i have to change the eprom?
do some of you know what kind of eprom is mounted on axon?
why do i have to reprogram the eprom outside the unit?

You will not have to change the EPROM or program it outside the unit.
For just a few people the upgrade does not work. Usually, the problem is their MIDI interface or drivers. If the problem is solved, then the Axon can be upgraded successfully.

but if it fails or have some error in reprogrammig can i reprogram inside my unit? or do i have to program it outside?
do axon always permit to go in update mode?
